Death & Blessings
What dying costs, and how to pay lessThe seven blessings, what each one takes off the bill, and the one that is not a blessing at all.
The seven blessings
- Spiritual Shielding
- Embrace of Tibia
- Fire of the Suns
- Spark of the Phoenix
- Wisdom of Solitude
- Heart of the Mountain
- Blood of the Mountain
What comes off the penalty
| Carried | Reduction |
|---|---|
| Each regular blessing | 8% |
| All seven | 56% |
| Being promoted | a further 30% |
What they cost
Up to level 30 a blessing is a flat 2,000 gold. Past that the price climbs with your level, and past level 120 it climbs faster. The last two -- Heart and Blood of the Mountain -- cost 30% more than the first five.
Twist of Fate is sold alongside them but is not one of them: it does nothing for the death penalty, and is bought and consumed entirely on its own terms.
Skills are not spared
Every death takes a percentage off your skills and magic level as well as your experience. Blessings soften the experience loss; they do not make a death free.
